Job Description for Development Director of La Nuova Musica

La Nuova Musica is a vocal and instrumental ensemble based in London, headed by its Artistic Director and Founder David Bates, which aims to provide the highest standard of musical performance in all that it does, primarily focussing on works from the Baroque and early classical periods. The ensemble, which is both a limited company and a charity, is looking to build on its nascent associations with its Friends, private donors, trusts and foundations and is appointing a Development Director to ensure that LNM has the financial resources to deliver its Strategic Plan for growth and stability.

Please email recruitment@lanuovamusica.co.uk if you would like to receive the candidate brief and person specification.

Supported by an executive management team and an active Board of Trustees, the Development Director will play the integral role in ensuring that fundraising strategies and practice exceed the ambitious targets already set.
